Tina Nitz  is a professional children's photographer who specializes in maternity, newborn, baby, infant, toddler, children and family portraits in the Jacksonville, Florida and St. Augustine Florida area (including Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Sprints, Palm Coast, Middleburg). Her studio is located in her home where she creates lifetime memories with maternity portraits and newborn photography as well as captures the milestones of baby's first year and the fleeting moments of childhood.  She offers both color and black and white portraits, storyboards (collages), albums, fine art canvases and custom created coffee table books. She offers maternity and newborn portrait plans as well as a baby's first year plan.

Photographer and portrait artist, Tina Nitz, is known for her patience and ability to capture the heart and essence of each child she photographs. Her ability to wait for the perfect moment and to capture it for parents to treasure for a lifetime is what brings her clients to her. Tina believes that each child is special and gives her undivided attention to that child during each and every portrait session she conducts. She creates an experience that leaves children thinking they just had a playdate with a friend instead of having a photography session. Since she does work from her home, her sessions are conducted in a quiet, just like home environment which allows children to relax and be themselves. SHe loves her job - her work - and it shows with each child she meets.

Maternity and Newborn Photography

Tina specializes in capturing those last moments of pregnancy in her maternity portraits. She believes that every pregnant woman is a beautiful work of art and strives to show that through her portraits. She enjoys capturing the last moments of just husband and wife, before 2 become 3 (or sometimes 4 with twins) and the relationship with the unborn baby. Among her favorite to photograph are newborn. Newborn portraits, with their clenched fists, curled up legs, soft downy hair and just super sweetness are all captured in a way that will leave you breathless. Newborn photography is best created during baby's first 2 weeks of life in order to capture their newborn essense.
